The Tarangire National Park Day Trip Safari is a perfect short safari experience for travelers with limited time who still want to explore Tanzania’s incredible wildlife. Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park – Arusha
Your adventure begins early in the morning with a pick-up from your hotel in Arusha or transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA).
Drive to Tarangire National Park, enjoying scenic views of the countryside along the way. Upon arrival, start your game drive, exploring the park’s diverse landscapes and wildlife.
Tarangire is well known for its large elephant populations, as well as lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a variety of bird species.
At midday, enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, surrounded by nature.
After lunch, continue with your afternoon game drive, maximizing your chances of spotting more wildlife and capturing memorable moments.
In the late afternoon, exit the park and drive back to Arusha, arriving in the evening.
